Helpful Tips
-  If you live in a home owned or rented by a 3rd person, the property owner/renter needs to be present at Residency Verification and prove residency by providing items from Category I & Category II

-  All leases must be signed, current and include the landlord contact information.

- The address on the bill, statement, etc must match the address on the photo ID.


By completing this residency verification form I attest that the above child is not enrolling in the District solely for school purposes and is living on a permanent basis with the person having complete custody and control. Registration of a student who is not a resident is an illegal act. Any student found to be a non-resident will be dropped from the attendance rolls immediately. Parents or guardians who knowingly register a non-resident student will be subject to the payment of retroactive tuition for non-resident students, not to exceed 110% of the per capita cost. A person who knowingly or willfully presents the District any false information regarding the residence of a pupil for the purpose of enabling that student to attend any school in this District on a tuition-free basis shall have committed a Class C misdemeanor and shall be prosecuted by the District.
