On Wednesday, January 30th and Thursday, January 31st, District 87 had to close schools due to unsafe weather conditions. Rather than have to make up these days at the end of the school year and lose 2 days of learning, we created Self-Directed Learning days for our students and staff.

El miércoles 30 de enero y el jueves 31 de enero, el Distrito 87 tuvo que cerrar las escuelas debido a condiciones climáticas inseguras. En lugar de tener que recuperar estos días al final del año escolar y perder 2 días de aprendizaje, creamos días de aprendizaje autodirigido para nuestros estudiantes y personal.
